It was the opening night of the SAN FRANCISCO Opera and I was able to acquire seats at the last moment!What an event!Everyone was dressed beautifully!Not one pair of jeans did I spy………….thank goodness!The theme of the night was tuxedos and long gowns and a few top hats!I even saw some UP-DO’s with TIARA’s!!!A beautiful sight to be hold .Especially at the San Francisco OPERA house .I just happened to have a crown made out of vintage musical paper that had the name of the opera on it.
IL TROVATORE!!So, I put that on a vintage top hat and added to it!Added a few flowers and a rhinestone parrot pin along with a big red ribbon!It looked FABULOUS!If I do say so myself!I cannot tell you how many times people admired my hat.It was a big hit from the parking lot to the ladies powder room everyone had something to say!”Are you in the opera tonight?”Thank-You for dressing like this you have made the night!””May I snap your photo!”But the BEST was the woman at the front of the line in the restroom asking me at the end of the line if I was THE SPIRIT OF OPERA PRESENCE.Of course, I loved that and agreed that yes that was me!It was a GRAND event and I hope to make it a tradition.The night would not have been as enjoyable had I not attended with the PRINCIPESSA and the DUCHESS.The three of us were a sight to BE HOLD.TROPPO BELLI…………………………
