JOSEPH ROSENDO & ME
Labor Day I participated in a STREET FAIR in DANVILLE, CALIFORNIA where I was picked to be interviewed by the host of PBS TRAVEL SCOPE with Joseph Rosendo.I saw them walking around and NEVER thought they would be approaching me!I had just finished a SALE on the SQUARE APP and of course the amount I wanted would not pop into place so I charged the woman from WEST L.A. the wrong amount and gave her cash back!I was busy double checking my arithmetic when this JOSEPH was standing waiting for me to look up!Before he could say anything I said, ” Wait!I have a runny nose must find a tissue!!”Great lead in don’t ya think?!He explained what I needed to do and the camera’s started a rolling!Not once but four times………….what came out of my mouth changed all four times, but I think I did OKAY!

I know NOT much STUFF! The vendor next to me didNOT show up so I was told to SPREAD OUT!
I decided I was not going to do a FULL ON PRODUCTION for this small venue so I grabbed four boxes from my adorable storage unit my ITALIAN husband gave me for CHRISTMAS and a couple large pieces.If need be I could have set up by myself at 7 am.Which I did not need to do as his GRACE drove me and helped.We had it all done by 8 am.
The best part was I arrived with four boxes full and left with only TWO!
Plus, I didNOT buy one thing!

Then came my dear friend NORA……..
WE packed up and loaded the truck in 15 minutes………my neighbor to the left was a wee bit jealous.I was thrilled with the day…….SALES, PBS and the shade those trees gave me!I was so tired I could barley speak upon arriving home.Thank goodness The ITALIAN took over from there………….wine, steaks and off to bed I went!

What a great day for you and so nice that your husband helped!Your space looked so inviting…like a summer picnic. Don’t you love when the neighbor booth doesn’t show??? I do…I tend to bleeeed out of my designated space wherever I am.
I’m anxious to see you on PBS. Was he personable and was he just WOW’d by you?? I hope so.
Yay for you for not buying. That is so hard to do at ALL the places I show at.
I love the clock and the settee and the serving pieces; I loved it all. We must get together and just SWAP beautiful things. I’m sure our husband would love that.

Dear Contessa, of course you were chose for the taping, I can’t imagine a better guest!!! I would’ve done the same as that producer, gone straight to the lady in the hat! I hope that you can at least put a clip up on your blog when it airs in case I don’t have access to a tv…I’m mostly on kindle these days. And congrats on not buying anything! That’s always the hardest part for me when I do a show. Anyway, off to find those posts you told me about…and email coming up soon!

CLIP…………I doubt my skills will allow me to do that!However, they are to send me a DVD of the whole show so when YOU come to visit me we can watch…….it will be all of 30 seconds I would imagine!
